Jaresh-Inyo
Grazerites are a sapient humanoid species and members of the United Federation of Planets. As of 2372, the Federation President, Jaresh-Inyo belonged to this species.
Grazerites have purplish-grey skin and a layer of smooth short fur covering their thick hide. They have a pronounced brow with bony protuberances; a bovine snout and a cartilaginous ridge linking the chin to the throat. The head is crowned by two slightly curved horns, which are usually covered by a cowl.
These beings are said to have evolved from gregarious herbivores, and as such they loathe violence and prefer cooperation to conflict.
